This one is a win for snacking while the turkey cooks.

  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Mix in pumpkin, spices, and brown sugar.

  3. Fold in Cool Whip.

  4. Chill for at least an hour.

  5. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.

It’s fall in a bowl. Trust us.

🥔 2. Loaded Baked Mashed Potato Casserole

Creamy, cheesy, and everything cozy should be.

Ingredients:

  • 5–6 large Russet potatoes

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup milk

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits

  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

  2. Mash with butter, sour cream, milk & seasonings.

  3. Spread into a baking dish & top with cheese + bacon.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

  5. Add chives if you’re feeling fancy 🌿.

🍗 3. Honey Butter Turkey Glaze

Want juicy, golden, glossy turkey skin? This is the secret.

Mix together:

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

Brush over your turkey during the last 45 minutes of roasting.
Your kitchen will smell heavenly.

🥗 4. Cranberry Pecan Harvest Salad

A light & refreshing balance to all the carbs (we still love the carbs).

Ingredients:

  • Dried cranberries

  • Chopped pecans (toasted if possible!)

  • Feta or goat cheese crumbles

  • Sliced apples or pears
